Updated: Rules of HTX DAO's Airdrop for TRX and USDT Holders
Dear Users,
To enhance the engagement of TRON users and strengthen our governance, HTX DAO has decided to airdrop HTX tokens to TRX and USDT holders on the TRON network. This airdrop serves as a positive token incentive from HTX DAO to the TRON ecosystem. Please note the airdrop schedule and method of receiving have been updated as follows:
The airdrop pool is fixed at 1.5% of the total supply of HTX tokens and will commence after the snapshot on February 28, 2024, at 04:00 (UTC). Eligible TRX and USDT holders on TRON will get rewarded.

First Snapshot Time: 04:00 (UTC) on February 28, 2024
Airdrop Pool: 14,999,850,000,000 HTX (1.5% of the total supply of HTX tokens)
Airdrop Eligibility: TRX and USDT holders on TRON
· Holding ≥ 20,000 TRX
· Holding ≥ 70,000 USDT
Airdrop Allocation:
Note: Total asset limits set for addresses holding TRX and USDT on TRON are 57,000,000,000 TRX and 25,000,000,000 USDT, respectively. If snapshot results of eligible addresses exceed these limits, the total quantity of HTX tokens to be airdropped will be unchanged and all eligible addresses can evenly split the airdrop rewards.
Airdrop Distribution:
On February 28, 2024, at 04:00 (UTC), a snapshot of users' holdings will be taken to determine their eligibility of the first airdrop and the quantity of tokens they can be airdropped.
The airdrop is scheduled for 6 months in total. In the starting month, 1% of the total HTX supply will be airdropped, followed by monthly airdrops of 0.5% of the total HTX supply for the next five months, with each monthly airdrop being 0.1%.

Notes:
1. All TRON addresses that meet the airdrop requirements are eligible to win a share of the airdrop.
2. HTX DAO will distribute airdrop rewards to exchanges that support the airdrop within 5 days of each snapshot. Exchange users should refer to their exchange's announcement for the monthly airdrop distribution schedule. For on-chain addresses owners, claiming airdrops are available after completing specified tasks on HTX. Please refer to the official announcements on the HTX Exchange for the specific airdrop distribution schedule.
3. If you do not receive an airdrop of HTX tokens with a TRON address that meets the requirements or have any questions regarding this airdrop, please contact HTX DAO customer support at support@htxdao.com.
4. Note: The snapshot time for the first airdrop remains unchanged. However, the timing for the subsequent five airdrops has been adjusted from the originally scheduled period of "March - July" to "April - August".
To ensure the smooth progress of the airdrop, HTX DAO allows users to participate in governance through exchanges. The following are specific guidelines for exchanges and custodial wallets (centralized wallets):
· Eligibility: Users holding TRX and TRC20-USDT on exchanges that support the HTX airdrop can participate in this airdrop.
· Tips for Exchanges: We recommend exchanges regularly check HTX DAO's official channels, including the website and Twitter and Telegram accounts, for the latest information. Please contact us at business@htxdao.com for any necessary assistance.
· Announcement Deadline: Exchanges need to announce their support for the HTX airdrop by February 27, 2024, at 15:59:59 (UTC) to be eligible.
· Please note that HTX tokens are not just assets but also the core of HTX DAO in terms of governance. To ensure the fairness of users' governance rights, only users from exchanges that publicly announce the support of the HTX airdrop will be eligible to receive airdrop rewards. Exchanges need to be technically prepared for the airdrop to facilitate users' receipt of airdrop rewards. If an exchange explicitly does not support airdrops, HTX DAO reserves the right not to distribute them to it.
· The exchanges that announce support for HTX DAO's airdrop may consider distributing the HTX tokens received on an equal basis to users holding USDT, without differentiation of TRC20-USDT and ERC20-USDT.

Non-exchange TRON addresses can claim airdrops as follows:
· Sign up for an HTX account and log in to the account to check your airdrops. The airdrops are accessible starting on March 4, 2024, at 04:00 (UTC).
· Log in to your HTX account within 30 days of each asset snapshot to unlock the HTX tokens you received.
· To claim the rewards, you need to upload your TRON address, where your assets are snapshotted, to the HTX Exchange and link it to your HTX account UID.
· By signing up for an HTX account, you will automatically unlock 10% of the HTX tokens you received.
· To unlock the remaining airdrop rewards, you can log in to your HTX account and complete simple designated tasks.
