Recruitment Announcement for HTX DAO Community Committee Members
Dear Community Members:
To promote the development of community governance and build a more dynamic and transparent governance structure for our future, HTX DAO is officially launching the recruitment program for community committee members. We sincerely invite outstanding members with a passion for the crypto industry, governance experience, or project operation skills to join us in building a thriving DAO community.
1. Recruitment Background:
In DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) governance, Governance Modules are designed to ensure the effective operation of all functions. The HTX DAO Governance Modules are set with a primary focus on the trading ecosystem and its related functional modules, thus enabling effective autonomous management by community members around the exchange's core needs. Each Governance Module corresponds to a specific functional area and is assigned designated committee roles that focus on specific governance tasks within that module to achieve refined management and effective governance.
Currently, the Governance Modules cover two main aspects: brand building and community governance. Committee members are responsible for seeking external cooperation opportunities, expanding brand influence, and organizing and coordinating governance proposals and discussions within the community to enhance community consensus and engagement. As the DAO continues to evolve, the Governance Modules will gradually expand to encompass more functional areas. Community members will have the chance to participate in and improve these modules, thereby advancing the DAO's decentralized growth.
HTX DAO now rotates its committee members every six months to ensure the vitality and innovation of the governance team at different stages. In the future, as the DAO becomes more decentralized, the rotation mechanism will be more flexible. The community will vote on committee members' terms to adapt to the evolving governance requirements.
