HTX DAO Listing Governance Vote Officially Launches!
Dear Community Members,
HTX DAO is officially launching the Listing Vote event, inviting all eligible users to participate. Based on the community vote ranking, we will ultimately decide which projects will be added to the HTX Listing Recommendation List (For listing recommendation only, not a listing commitment).

The minimum voting requirement: Hold at least 5,250,000 HTX (approximately 10 USDT in value).
How to Vote:
Each project will have an independent vote during the voting period. The voting options are as follows:
✅ Vote "Yes" = I recommend [Project Name] for listing on HTX Exchange
❌ Vote "No" = I do not recommend [Project Name] for listing on HTX Exchange
Important Notes:
The voting result is not the final listing decision; the vote is only for the community recommendation stage.
The final result will be weighted based on community vote rankings, and the top-ranked projects will be added to the HTX Listing Recommendation List.
The vote display shows the raw vote count, which will be weighted and adjusted later.
Weighted Voting Mechanism:
HTX DAO uses a non-linear weighted voting model to prevent whale domination and encourage participation from smaller users. The specific weighting function is as follows:
Super-large holders will have their voting power moderately reduced.
Smaller holders will have higher voting power efficiency.
Final weighted results will be processed according to the weighted function and then published.
Please Note: The “support rate” displayed on the HTX DAO voting tool page is the raw vote count and does not represent the final recommendation result or ranking.Since the product currently does not display "weighted vote counts" in real-time, the displayed number is the total raw vote count from users (unweighted).

Regional Restrictions: Your region may not support the listing vote. Participation eligibility depends on the user's country or region.
Eligibility Requirements: Users must hold at least 5,250,000 HTX (equivalent to 10 USDT value) to participate in the vote. Users who do not meet this holding requirement will not be eligible to vote.
Account Behavior: Accounts involved in illegal batch registration or sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate and will be removed after voting ends. HTX DAO has the right to disqualify users involved in any violation of terms.
Activity Terms Change: HTX DAO reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this activity, qualification terms, and standards, timing of actions, etc. All participants are subject to these revisions.
Interference or Tampering: HTX DAO reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with the voting process or use other software to interfere with the voting process.
Final Interpretation: HTX DAO reserves the final interpretation rights of this announcement and the activities described herein.
