# 关于获得HTX空投的中心化交易所向用户分配空投奖励的补充说明

尊敬的用户：

HTX DAO决定向波场TRON主网上的TRX和USDT持有者（包括交易所地址）空投HTX。

1、  支持HTX DAO空投的交易所需要在2月27日23:59:59之前完成：

•  发布支持HTX空投公告；

•  向HTX DAO提供交易所TRX和TRC20 USDT地址以供验证（<business@htxdao.com>）；

未完成以上两项的交易所则不予发放空投。

2、 收到HTX空投的交易所，对持有USDT的用户可以考虑不区分TRC20-USDT、ERC20- USDT或其他链USDT，向所有持有USDT用户按比例发放TRC20-USDT快照获得的50%部分HTX空投。故交易所持有TRC20-USDT用户的HTX空投所得可能会被稀释，望知悉。

3、 交易所可自行判断站内不同业务线发放空投的用户范围，给用户发放HTX空投。

请注意，HTX代币不仅仅是资产，更是HTX DAO治理的核心。为了确保用户的治理权利不受影响，仅有公开支持空投活动的交易所才会接收到HTX空投。交易所必须提前准备相关技术支持，以保障用户能够接收空投，如果交易所明确不支持空投的，HTX DAO保留不发放的权利。
